At TeddyGems British Shorthairs, we strive to provide excellent customer service and healthy, well-socialised kittens. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us so that we can work towards a resolution.

Complaints should be submitted in writing by email to teddygemsbsh@gmail.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days.

All complaints are recorded, investigated and reviewed to help us continually improve our breeding programme and customer experience.
